January 2018: Things Worthy of Attention
(Chance the Rapper’s Manager, Alan Watts, bookish obituary, floating houses, and an infinite amount of thought on “games”)
Here are links to things I discovered in January 2018. I am not promising these things were created the year I discovered them. I will promise each of these things are worthy of your time.

The owner of The Strand Bookstore in New York City passed away. I hope his bookstore lives forever.
I became interested in the idea of engineering a floating house as climate change impacts the world. Tiny floating houses for the masses!
Letterman’s interview with Obama was excellent. These gentlemen are models for what we can be at their age.
Finite and Infinite Games by James P. Carse is a thought-provoking read. I have meditated and written some about play since reading this and I think this book might be one that continues to influence the way I live.
Please let me know if you also discovered these things or maybe even if you discovered these things through my post. Your feedback creates a community of ideas that is important.
You can see what I found in February here.
