Desert III

Sacrifice is rationalized killing.

We have always been so quick to justify killing others. It is very hard for us to justify killing the self.

We are supposed to turn the knife of sacrifice inward. That is the lesson we missed from the Bible.

Even if you are seeking to undo the ruler that inherited his power you risk driving men into ever lasting descent.

Each of us must embrace the hero within. You can do so by making the election, “what should I kill?”

Kill the ego. Kill the interference. Kill the pleasure. Kill the incapacity.

All in preparation for the things in the desert other than sand.
